This page explains what information Boldtouch Trading (Private) Limited collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Enquiries. The details you type into the enquiry form or the chat assistant: your name, organisation, email, phone, country, what you need, and any documents you attach.
- Where it came from. The page you were on, the website that sent you, and campaign tags in the link, so we can see which pages produce enquiries.
- Chat questions we could not answer. We keep the wording of questions the assistant could not answer, with email addresses and phone numbers removed, so we can improve the answers.
- Visit counts. We count visits to division pages and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links. These counts do not include your IP address or an identifier for you, and use no cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and route it to the division that can help.
- To send you one automatic email confirming we have your enquiry.
- To remind our own team to follow up.
- To understand which divisions and pages people find useful.
A person reads every enquiry and writes every reply. The chat assistant answers from approved company information. People decide price, supply and partnerships.
Who sees it
Only authorised Boldtouch staff handling your enquiry. If we connect the website to a customer-records tool, the details of your enquiry are sent to that tool so we can manage the follow-up. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, then delete them. Questions the assistant could not answer are deleted automatically after a short period. Documents you attach are stored privately.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us using the email address on the Contact page and we will respond.
Analytics
If we switch on Google Analytics for this website, we ask you first. Google receives data only if you press Accept, and you can change your mind at any time with the Analytics choices button. If you accept, Google collects usage information about your visit under its own terms, and we switch IP anonymisation on.
